Release Day Blitz: The Right Kind of Love by Kennedy Kelly

Damaged, but not broken, Sydney Summers picks up her life and moves halfway across the country.
After a tragic event that has rocked her to the core, she is determined not to let it taint her future. Her entire world is turned on its axis when her new roommate isn’t the person she thought they would be. Making the best of the situation, like she always does, she trudges forward and learns that, although life may not seem perfect all the time, it can end up being pretty damn good.

Damien Blue, a tattoo artist by day and a musician by night, is a man-whore. With a revolving bedroom door, he knows no limits when it comes to women. Then he meets his game-changer. Everything he knew before is completely and utterly turned upside-down when he can’t keep the one woman he thinks is too good for him from his mind or his heart.

When fate rears its ugly head again, will they be able to come together as one, surviving their hot and cold relationship? Will Sydney be able to let go of her past and fight for their future?
Together, will they be able to find The Right Kind of Love?

I have to say I fell in love with this story early on, it was easy to read and follow and loved it. My emotions were grabbed through the very beginning and I felt so much reading the characters. I read this book in less than 24 hours, because I was so captivated by the story. Sydney has just had a horrible act done to her and she is trying to make a fresh start. She moves to Las Vegas to put things behind her and move on. Sydney gets into town and goes straight to her new apartment and meets her new roommate. Somehow things got messed up and the agency assigns her a male instead of a female roommate. Damien Blue, hot and sexy and every girls dream! Damien is a band and he is a tattoo artist, and lets not forget a playboy. They do not match to well with their personalities, and clash quite often, but they are drawn to one another. Sydney has many bad dreams of what happened to her and Damien is there to comfort her and wants to help her through her problems. She is still being haunted by the person that has caused her so much harm not just in dreams, but in her life. Damien will protect her no matter what and things start heating up. I think the story was very well written and it is a wonderful story of love and how accepting it can be. I would definitely recommend this book and would give it more than 5 stars if I could!

About the Author

I was born and raised in Kansas City, MO where I grew up with four older brothers. I now reside in Overland Park, Kansas. I'd always loved to write as a child. My teachers would call home not because I was in trouble but because I had a creative imagination and they wanted my parents to know about the crazy stories I was writing. I've always been a hard worker. I started working with my family's company when I was 15 and still haven't stopped. I am a wife, mother of two, hold down a full time job and am now trying to be a indie author. I have a passion for reading and before I started writing I could be found with a Kindle in my hand morning, noon and night. I'm a picky reader so it's hard to please me but I feel like I have a keen eye for a good book.

I hope you all will join me on my new journey as I release my first book Fearless Love. It can be very scary but with my passion for the written word I hope it will be well worth it.
